I wouldn't use anyone other than Scott Woolf's company, Home Repair Solutions, to take care of the maintenance and repair that comes with having a beautiful old Victorian with a huge porch (i.e. lots of wood.) He is fair and is a stickler for doing things right and keeping the house looking beautiful.
